Red Drop: connecting blood donors with patients

A Flutter and Firebase app for iOS and Android. Users post blood requests for patients, donors find them by city and blood group, and both sides can respond quickly.

The brief

In an emergency, finding a donor with the right blood group close by takes too long. Red Drop puts patients who need blood and people willing to donate in the same app, so a request reaches the right donors quickly.

What we built

  • Blood requests with the patient’s blood group, units needed, hospital and city

  • Patient and donor feeds, filtered by city and blood group

  • Donor profiles, so a patient can find and contact a donor

  • Real-time requests and notifications

  • Accounts with login, plus a guest mode to browse first

How we delivered it

Built in Flutter for Android and iOS on Firebase, with maps and notifications.

Delivered by our engineering team. Some portfolio work predates the incorporation of JSK LOGICS LTD on 9 March 2026.

Where it stands

Red Drop is built and not yet published, so there is no store link yet.

Facts on this page come from our project records. The screens are from the app build. We do not publish usage figures.

Building an app for a community?

Thirty minutes with a founder. You describe the problem, the deadline and what "done" looks like. We tell you whether we are the right team, and if we are not, we say so.
