Mobile & AI Product Engineering

Apps and AI that work in production

Flutter apps for iOS and Android. AI agents, RAG and workflow automation. We build them, or we rescue the ones that are crashing, stalled or abandoned. One accountable team until it works.

Sound familiar?

  • The app crashes on Android and nobody can tell you why.

  • The launch date has slipped twice.

  • Your last vendor stopped answering.

  • The AI feature demos well but gives wrong answers to real users.

  • You are paying for hours and cannot see progress.

These are not technology problems. They are ownership problems. Someone has to be accountable for the result.

Three ways we help

  • For apps in trouble

    App Rescue

For founders with a Flutter app that crashes, performs badly or has lost its developer. You get a code and architecture audit, a written diagnosis, a prioritised fix plan, then stabilisation.

  • From MVP to scale

    Flutter product build

One Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, a back end that fits (for example Firebase, or your own APIs), store release, and a handover your next engineer can read.

  • AI that does real work

    Applied AI and automation

AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) grounded in your own data, tested for accuracy, plus workflow automation in tools such as n8n, Make or Python.

How an App Rescue works

  1. Assessment

We get read access to your code, crash logs and store reviews, and you get a written diagnosis.

  2. Outcome Definition

We agree what "stable" means, for example the crash types that must stop and the flows that must work, and how we will measure it.

  3. Stabilise

We fix the critical issues first and show you each fix in a weekly demo.

  4. Warranty

Defects against the agreed outcome are fixed at our cost during the warranty period.

  5. Run and improve

An optional retainer covers monitoring, updates and the next features.

If the honest answer is "rebuild", we tell you in the assessment, with reasons.

AI that answers correctly, not just confidently

Most AI pilots fail on accuracy, not on the model. We ground answers in your own documents and data, test them against real questions, and monitor them after launch.

  • AI agents that take actions in your tools, within limits you set
  • RAG over your documents, knowledge base or database
  • Document extraction into structured data
  • Voice and chat assistants for lead handling and support
  • Workflow automation with n8n, Make, Zapier or Python

Questions founders ask

Can you take over an app another team built?

Yes. That is what App Rescue is for. We start with an assessment so neither of us guesses.

Do we own the code?

Yes. It lives in your repository from day one, and the IP is yours on payment.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you share code or data.

Which time zone do you work in?

Our engineering centre is in Islamabad (UTC+5). UK clients share the UK morning. US clients agree an overlap window with their accountable lead.

Tell us what is broken, or what you need built.

Thirty minutes with a founder. You describe the problem, the deadline and what "done" looks like. We tell you whether we are the right team, and if we are not, we say so.

Prefer email? hello@jsklogics.com

  • You speak with a founder, not a sales team.
  • We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
  • You meet the people who will be accountable for the work.
