Contracts and intellectual property
Contracting entity: JSK LOGICS LTD, the UK company.
IP: You own the code and deliverables on payment.
NDA: We sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive. Ours or yours.
Change control: Scope changes only through a written change order.
Warranty: A fix-it warranty after acceptance, with the period set in your statement of work.
How we handle your data
UK GDPR: As a UK company, we process personal data under UK GDPR.
Data processing agreement: Available on request for engagements that involve personal data.
Data location: Where your data is hosted is agreed in writing for each project.

Security terms we agree with you
These are written into each engagement, so you can hold us to them.
Access to your systems is limited to the named team and removed at the end of the engagement.
Your code stays in repositories you control, if you prefer.
Secrets are kept out of source code.

We do not claim any security certification or vendor partner status. If we obtain one, it will be listed here with a link you can check.
