How we work
What "we own the outcome" commits us to
Many vendors say they care about results. We write ours down, sign it, and put a named person and a warranty behind it.
Our commitments to you
These commitments are written into every statement of work.
Written Outcome Definition
- What it means in practice
- Before any build starts, we agree in writing what "done" means: the result, the acceptance tests and what is out of scope. You sign it. We deliver against it.
One named accountable lead
- What it means in practice
- One person at JSK LOGICS owns your delivery end to end. They are named in the contract and do not change without your agreement.
Founder oversight and escalation
- What it means in practice
- A founder reviews every engagement, and you can escalate to a founder directly.
Weekly demo and written report
- What it means in practice
- Every week you see working software and get a short written report: done, next, risks and decisions needed.
Fix-it warranty
- What it means in practice
- For the warranty period set in your statement of work, we fix defects against the Outcome Definition at our cost.
Fixed price for fixed scope
- What it means in practice
- Fixed-scope work has a fixed price. Scope changes only through a written change order that shows cost and time before you approve it.
You own the code and the IP
- What it means in practice
- Code lives in your repository from day one. IP passes to you on payment. At handover you get documentation, credentials and a runbook. No lock-in.
Full terms are in our master services agreement. Ask for a copy on the discovery call.
What we will not promise
Honesty is part of ownership.
We do not promise outcomes that depend on things we do not control, such as a regulator's systems, app store review times or your third-party vendors. We name those dependencies in the Outcome Definition.
We do not give legal or tax advice. We work with your advisers.
We do not claim certifications, partner status or results we cannot show you.
Ways to work with us
Every engagement starts small and fixed, so you can judge us before you commit to more. We share pricing in the proposal, after we understand the problem.

What a normal week looks like
Monday: plan agreed with your accountable lead.
During the week: work happens in your repository and your tracker, visible to you.
End of week: a demo of working software and a written report.
Any time: a direct line to your lead, and to a founder if you need to escalate.

Tell us the outcome you need.
Thirty minutes with a founder. You describe the problem, the deadline and what "done" looks like. We tell you whether we are the right team, and if we are not, we say so.
Prefer email? hello@jsklogics.com
- You speak with a founder, not a sales team.
- We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
- You meet the people who will be accountable for the work.
